Elite 7 Sports Medicine is a national event medicine company that's revolutionizing the industry. It was founded by a diverse team of multidisciplinary medical professionals with over 100 years of combined experience. Our innovative, personalized and expanding services provide athletes with continuity of care that follows them from event to event and even once they return home. Elite 7's highly trained professionals provide comprehensive, sport-specific care for high school, collegiate, amateur and professional athletes across a wide range of traditional and non-traditional sports.

Kelly Morgan MD

Kelly Morgan MD

Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director, Co-Founder, Emergency Physician

Kelly received her degree in athletic training from Miami University then went on to become an MD through Case Western Reserve. She completed her residency in Las Vegas, where she is now an Emergency Physician and serves at the Medical Director for Las Vegas Fire and Rescue. She has previously served as an athletic trainer for the women's Rugby World Cup while in New Zealand, the medical director for USA Taekwondo, where she was a part of several Olympic Trials, and continues to advocate for athlete safety. Kelly is a wife, mom of 3 beautiful girls, and continues to break barriers and be a role model to not only her girls, but to women everywhere.

    Jennifer Barrett MS, LAT, ATC

    Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder, Athletic Trainer

    Jennifer received her Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and then went on to receive her Masters in Sport Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer has spent a majority of her career working full-time in the secondary school setting in Texas. She has been a part of the USOPC Sports Medicine Volunteer program and worked with the US Men’s Junior National Volleyball team during her rotations at the various training centers. This past year Jennifer served as the athletic trainer for the Firefighter Challenge in Las Vegas. Her experience running events and attention to detail are what keep Elite 7 organized. In Jennifer's free time, you can find her crafting and spending time with her two dogs.

    Tricia Leslie MS, LAT, ATC, ROT

    Chief of Strategic Development, Co-Founder, Athletic Trainer

    Tricia completed her degree in athletic training at Barry University. She then received her Masters at Indiana State University. She has over 30 years of experience working a variety of sports and levels, including multiple Olympic sports and traveling with an ECHL hockey team. Outside of her passion for sports medicine, Tricia enjoys spending time with her horses and is an avid photographer. She lives in Georgia and is an Athletic Trainer and Patient Care Manager for an orthopedic surgical group.

    David Tomchuk DAT, LAT, ATC

    Chief of Research and Education Outreach, Co-Founder, Athletic Trainer

    David completed his undergraduate degree at Southern Oregon University. He then received his Masters from UNLV, and his Doctorate from A.T. Still University. He is currently the clinical education coordinator at Southeast Missouri State University. David has played a significant role in his universities becoming CAATE accredited. He has experience in managing floor personnel at events, leading multiple staff trainings, and creating protocols. When David is not teaching, you can find him cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
